- Abstract
The article describes an experiment in which author extended the discussion of "Romeo and Juliet" by teaching students to create podcast episodes about the plot and the characters. Topics discussed include by creating podcasts author was able to engage in multimodal and multispatial literacies that transformed the teaching and learning geography of educational setting; and podcasts provide a unique opportunity for students to embrace experimentation and to take risks with their own voices.
