The article discusses about the case studies of 28 patients who presented with symptoms of inability to sweat between. None had history of internal malignancy, gastrointestinal or lung disease, thyroid dysfunction, or inflammatory diseases. They revealed the increase of serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) in acquiredidiopathic generalized anhidrosis (AIGA) patients.
