- Abstract
Objective: To investigate the relationship between users' co-creation behavior in online fitness consulting services and the quality of service and perceived value in the user experience. Originality/Value: The research highlights the plausibility of theoretical relationships in this specific relational context, providing crucial information for entrepreneurs. Additionally, it offers insights into user attraction and engagement, service quality, and value perception, contributing to organizational management and marketing. Methods: The study involved the administration of an online questionnaire to a non-probabilistic sample of 450 respondents. Statistical analyses were conducted using SPSS and JASP. Internal data consistency was assessed through McDonald's omega and Cronbach's alpha coefficients. Instrument validity was confirmed through discriminant and convergent validity. Results: Positive relationships were indicated between participation in the decisionmaking process and service quality, as well as between co-creation behavior and perceived value. Moderate relationships were observed among other constructs. Conclusion: In the context of online fitness consulting, service quality was validated through user inclusion and integration, while value was associated with cost-effectiveness and social value generated through co-creation behavior.
