- Abstract
The article investigates the some decisions taken by the U.S. Supreme Court in cases related to sex crimes. Several cases discussed include McKune v. Lile related to violation of 5th Amendment rights by punishing for sexual activities; and Smith v. Doe concerning laws related to identifying all sex offenders on a public registry.
