- Abstract
The article discusses a study which examines the employment status of both men and women in the printing, publishing and graphic communication industry. The study analyzes the gender differences in variables such as firm demographics, job title and salary using the ex post facto method, and explores several factors contributing to the level of job satisfaction among male and female employees. It is found out that women constitute a significant percentage of the printing sector's professional workforce.
