- Abstract
The aim of paper is to explain the justification of the phenomenon of entrepreneurship orientation towards the market needs of consumers has always been a challenge for companies, especially in the period of the Covid 19 pandemic, where the unpredictable situation affects consumer behavior. The paper uses an exploring quantitative method with a deductive approach. The method of analysis was done through the analysis of descriptive statistics of response frequencies, where the factor analysis of variables was later performed, as well as their consequences against each other through regression analysis. It has been proven that business results expressed in profit growth depend on the application of entrepreneurship driven by customer market behavior. Entrepreneurship driven by customer market behavior is related to the development of new products and the conquest of new markets, and that employee satisfaction contributes to customer orientation. The research results shows that companies in the SEEC companies build customer orientation taking into account four factors: concern for customer satisfaction, noticing changes in the environment, market research and the reaction of companies.
