Studies the nutrition of the eastern grey kangaroo and the wallaroo in two areas in the New England Tablelands of eastern Australia. Extensive improvement on one of the areas by the use of fertilizers and introduction of exotic grasses; Other area largely unimproved with the pastures dominated by tussock grasses; Higher quality of food eaten by the two species in the improved area; Great quantity of food eaten in the unimproved area.
