- Abstract
The study was conducted for bacterial isolation in urine samples and kidney swab (during post-mortem) in camels. Total 40 samples of urine and 10 samples of kidney swab were collected for bacteriological isolation. The isolated pathogens from urine were Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus chromogenes, Klebsiella oxytoca, Enterobacter cloacae, Lysinibacillus fusiformis and Bacillus firmus and mix infection of Gram +ve coccoi+bacilli, Gram +ve coccoi+ Gram -ve coccoi, Gram -ve coccoi+bacilli. While in cases of kidney swab samples Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli and mix infection of Gram +ve coccoi+bacilli. Meanwhile 30 (24 urine and 6 kidney swab) samples were found negative.
