- Authors
Wasserman, Howard M.
- Abstract
The article discusses the historical and political context of Klein and the evolution of the latter's twin myth in the U.S. It explores the paradoxical meaning of Klein's twin myths which are fundamental to the community's self-understanding of the country's Constitution. It notes Klein's proposition citing the exclusive power of the Supreme Court to protect itself from the intrusion of other legislative branches. The historic pathological perspective of Klein is also offered.
