- Abstract
The article focuses on the working of the Blest Machine, developed by Japanese inventor Aklnori Ito. It informs that crushed polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS) and polyethylene (PE) plastic chips are collected and then fed into the machine for oil processing. It also presents facts related to plastic pollution including 17,000 plastic bags used by Canadians annually, 763,000 birds die per year due to the pollution and 78 percent less carbon dioxide emission from the machine.
