- Abstract
The article presents a case study of 44-year-old man who has recovered from Mitral-Aortic Intervalvular Fibrosa (MAIVF) pseudoaneurysm. He had symptoms of fatigue, high fever and night sweats due to which he was admitted in emergency service department of the hospital. During his physical examination, systolic murmur of grade 4/6 was detected in his apex along with crackles heard at the basal segment of lungs. He had undergone surgical intervention along with antibiotic therapy.
