- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 64-year-old woman who was suffering from chest pain and narrow complex tachycardia before performing exercise tolerance test (ETT). Coronary artery angiography (CAG) and electrophysiological studies (EPS) showed stable epi cardial coronary arteries and atrioventricular node reentry (AVNRT), and slow pathway ablation was performed successfully. Troponin elevation revealed the presence of myocardial damage.
