- Abstract
To investigate the biological significance of I Selenomonas i in asthma, we adopted a murine asthma model. Airway microbiota in severe asthma and relationship to asthma severity and phenotypes. The purpose of this study is to understand the characteristics of the asthmatic airway by analyzing the airway bacteriome, to identify the microbial genera associated with asthma clinical indices, and to investigate the polymicrobial interactions based on the asthma severity grouping.
