HYPERDEPOLITICIZATION.
- Authors
Rubin, Edward
- Abstract
The article discusses Humphrey's Executor v. United States in which the constitutionality of hyper depoliticization was confirmed by the U.S. Supreme Court. It provides that hyper depoliticization leads the agency to structural position like a court rather than an ordinary agency by removing all political influences. It focuses on the specific instances of hyper depoliticization of Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) by the U.S. Congress.
