- Abstract
This paper proposes an evaluation of emerging industry credit model. The paper presents an evaluation framework through modified Delphi Method. Next, a case demonstration proposes an evaluation model. Then the relative weights of evaluative criteria and sub-criteria are determined using the analytic hierarchic process (AHP) model, the Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) approach to rank the alternatives. The AHP and GRA-based decision-making method to construct an evaluation method can provide decision makers or bank administrators with a valuable reference for either evaluating the emerging industry credit ability to identify, the most appropriate firms for bank loans risk management such as irrecoverable loans or credits. Importantly, the proposed model can assist the banking sector to assess the emerging industry credit ability, making it highly applicable for academia and commercial purposes.
