- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 9-year-old female child with Langer-Giedion syndrome (LGS) and scheduled for cochlear implant surgery. Anesthesia was induced with propofol and fentanyl. Residual neuromuscular blockade was countermanded as trachea was extubated at the end of the surgery. She was discharged having anesthesia card detailing the intubation difficulty to help airway management.
