- Abstract
The article discusses the court case South Carolina Coastal Conservation League v. Pruit, wherein the court considered the benefits and drawbacks of nationwide injunctions in environmental law. The court considered nationwide injunctions under the Clean Water Act and the Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS) Rule. It examined the compliance of the Suspension Rulemaking process with the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) and the protection of nonparties who would have faced irreparable harm without relief.
