- Abstract
This study aimed to explore the level of awareness and usage of electronic information resources among university students. A sample of 384 students from four faculties of social sciences and commerce was selected. Findings of the study show that students use both formats equally with slight inclination to print sources. They have more reliance on World Wide Web and prefer search engines for locating information regardless of authenticity and reliability. E-joumals and e-books are less used. Low internet speed, poor ICT skills, less awareness and limited access are the major issues to the less use of e-sources.
