- Abstract
This study aimed to know the effectiveness of using realistic evaluation tools in the development of secondary school students from the point of view of the teachers of Al-Qweismeh brigade in Jordan, and the descriptive analytical method was used on a sample of (110) male and female teachers in the first semester of the academic year (2019/2020) And by collecting information, a tool consisting of 30 paragraphs has been developed, to be phased in according to Likert method. The validity of the tool and its stability were found according to known practical methods, and the study found that the practice of realistic evaluation affects an average of the students' development, and the study also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at the level (<0.05> α) between the averages of the study sample responses due to the gender and experience variables.
