- Abstract
The article presents a case study on an 11-year-old girl with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis (JRA) who exhibited rapidly progressive corneal ulceration and scleritis even after administration of conventional immunosuppressants. Infliximab has been effective in the treatment of intractable uveitis in children with low occurrence of adverse effects, as well as rheumatoid arthritis (RA)-associated PUK. After treatment with infliximab, the child's corneal ulceration stopped.
