- Abstract
The article classifies polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy (PCV) presenting with both asymptomatic extramacular abnormal choroidal macular lesions according to location and clinical manifestations. Results of indocyanine green angiography identified the locations of PCV lesions as peripapillary, superior or inferior to optic disc, superior or inferior temporal arcade, temporal to the macula, and nasal to the optic disc. The clinical manifestations were classified as polyp, branching vascular networks, or pigment epithelial detachment.
