- Title
DOCUMENT - Industrial Relations Consultants Are Not Engaged in Unauthorized Practice of Law: A Court Opinion.
- Abstract
The article presents the opinion given by Justice Heher on a bill which was filed in the New Jersey Court of Chancery in the case of Auerbacher versus Wood to restrain Charles A. Wood from the alleged unlawful practice of the law. Heher emphasizes their approval on the dismissal of the bill of complaint. The judge argues that there is no evidence that the defendant intends to engage in the practice of law in the said state. The judge also offers an overview of the case, and presents the basis of the court's opinion regarding the case.
