- Title
Problems in Public Utility Economics & Regulation.
- Authors
Baron, David P.
- Abstract
This is a collection of eight papers presented at two seminars on regulatory economics held at Rutgers University. While this book is not a text, it could serve as a supplement, particularly for a course that focuses on pricing policy and its implementation. In the introductory chapter Michael Crew and Paul Kleindorfer classify the papers into three categories, public utility regulation, applications of peak-load pricing, and peak-loads and regulation, and provide an introduction to the theory and implementation of peak-load pricing.
