The article presents a study on the use of donated clotting factors for surgeries on haemophilic patients in a resource-constrained country like Nepal. Topics include haemophilia being the most common underdiagnosed coagulation disorder in Nepal, and future directions should include raising awareness among public and health care professionals, gathering attention from national and international bodies and organizations.
