- Abstract
The article presents a study which aims to generate a virtual reality (VR) objects of the fetal central nervous system for use as educational tools to improve prenatal detection rates of fetal abnormalities. In this study the researcher examines the pathognomonic still images from all object movies of both normal fetuses and those with spine anomalies. Results reveal that VR object movies generated may prove useful for teaching and learning normal and abnormal fetal anatomy.
