- Abstract
The article explores rates of progression and regression in Stage I twin-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS) and factors that influence the course of the disease. In most cases, disease remained stable or regressed. Of the cases that progressed, 79% did so within two weeks and 93% progressed to at least Stage III. Results demonstrate that a high percentage of Stage 1 TTTS cases regress or remain early stage.
