THE MULTITASKING OF WORKPLACES -- MODERN INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
- Authors

- Abstract
Operating more than one machine finds its application in all industries, and for different types of technological processes. For all these technological processes, the possibility of working on several machines and the technology of its organization depend on the preparation of production and on the general organization of its planning. The notion of 'multitasking workplaces' defines a working system in which the workplace of one employee or more, consists of several work posts that he/she or they work in, either simultaneously or sequentially. Applying the method of multi-tasking ensures a reduction of the perunit production cost by reducing the duration of its processing, by reducing the number of employees on a production line and through the reduction of the necessary production facilities.
