- Title
An argument for prioritizing drivers above the current illegal limit in the United States.
- Authors
Talpins, Stephen K.
- Abstract
The author discusses the reduction of illegal limitation of a person with a blood or breath alcohol concentration (BAC) from 0.08 to 0.05 in the U.S. asserted by writers J. C Fell and R. B. Voas. He states that a person driving with a BAC from 0.01-0.08 is not importantly more dangerous than to drive while talking on a cellphones. He also mention that to lower the illegal limit for BAC is not an assurance to solve the problems in the prosecution of people driving above 0.08 BAC.
