- Abstract
The authors discuss the report of J. C. Lucke and W. D. Hall regarding the ethical concern on offering incentives to encourage women who are using drugs to use long-acting forms of contraception. They mention the need to consider for the fact that substance-dependent woman and cash incentive programs are not similar for health proband. They argue on the proceedings in the treatment intervention program for psychiatric patients.
