The article presents a case study of a 35-year-old woman who suffered from omental cholelithiasis and had a cesarean section for treatment of abnormal fetal heart rate. Topics discussed include detection of small firm nodules in vesicouterine peritoneum due to improper surgical clips used in previous surgery, and laparoscopic cholecystectomy treatment for acute cholecystitis and gallstone pancreatitis.
