The article focuses on the works of French artist Philippe Favier. It highlights the view of art critic Catherine Flohic regarding the description of Favier's works, which are sly, generous, and limpid. It describes the characteristics of Favier's several works that illustrate his fascination with the exploitation of language and sign that constitute his particular and original mode of painting. An overview of Favier's other works and their significant meanings is provided.
