- Title
Toward Flexibility in Application of Behavioral Science Research.
- Authors
Lippert, Frederick G.
- Abstract
Practitioners in the fields of management, personnel administration, and human resource development tend toward a superficial evaluation of behavioral science research. In their quest for a sure-fire approach to the solution of human interaction problems, they are apt to accept or reject a concept or finding without regard to exogenous factors which might influence the reported results. All facets of the personalities--organizational--physical processes mix wherein the application is to be made, should be considered. There are no panaceas which are useful under all circumstances.
