- Abstract
The article presents a court case in which the Florida Supreme Court reversed the decision of the state's Fourth District Court of Appeal that Albert Saleeby was not entitled to damages for the accident involving the collapse of roof trusses installed by his employer Rocky Elson Construction Co. that rendered him paraplegic.
