Abstract
The article presents a speech by James M. Skelly, a Senior Fellow at the Baker Institute for Peace and Conflict Studies at Juniata College, in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, delivered at the Baker Institute World Affairs Lectures, held on November 18, 2003, in which he discussed objection to war, midnight arrest by security forces of Israel, and military services.
