- Abstract
The paper presents the design and evaluation of an innovative experience in a sub-ject of the Business administration degree, through a cooperative methodology. The objective is to motivate students and enhance their academic results through several interactive performan-ces that reduce asymmetry in educational dialogue and promote students aptitudes as accoun-tability and teamwork. Among the advantages of this method, we highlight the empirical verifica-tion that students achieve a greater mastery of cognitive skills, in the short and long term; they are increasingly more capable of interacting with other classmates; the dynamics of work beco-mes the mechanism of their learning process which provides them with recognition and encou-rages them to make continuous effort.
