- Abstract
Fluoroalkyl modified hydrogen silicone oil was synthesized by hydrosilylation reaction with Palladium carbon hydrogenation as catalyst, the fluoroalkyl modified hydrogen silicone oil was emutsified and orthogonal test emulsifying was used to get the best emulsification conditions. Through data analysis, the opitimized emulsification condition was; 150 min stirring time, 5% emulsifier, 4 °C emulsifying temperature 4 % fluoroalkyl modified hydrogen silicone oil. Finishing of fluoroalkyl modified hydrogen silicone oil was adopted to treat hemp fabric, by measuring breaking strength, elastic recovery angle, bending length, wetting contact angle and whiteness, the optimum finishing process is curing at 180 °C for 3 min, finishing solution 90 g/L. Hemp fabrics were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the treated hemp fabric had good performance.
