- Abstract
The article presents a case report of a 24-year-old woman with cognitive impairment associated with left fornix damage after a surgical removal of a solitary subependymal giant cell astrocytoma. The patient experience short-term memory problems after surgery. It shows that solitary intraventricular subependymal giant cell astrocytoma may locally invade the fornix causing anterograde amnesia.
