- Abstract
The article focuses on need for states to adopt recent revisions to the Uniform Parentage Act to provide uniform, set guidelines for surrogacy agreements and to provide uniform enforcement of surrogacy agreements by courts. It mentions early forms assisted reproductive technology (ART) and surrogacy, including the first successful artificial insemination in the U.S. It also mentions attorneys and parties to surrogacy agreements more concrete standards in New Jersey.
