- Abstract
The article focuses on international actions in context to environmental problems that have been raised exuberantly and their impacts on all human-made and natural systems with special focus on Asian trans-boundary jurisdictions. It informs that partial internationalization of a state leads to complexity of ecological systems which in turn play havoc when propelled into disequilibrium. It manifests that serious cross-border environmental strains constitutes Southeast Asia forest fires.
