- Abstract
Aiming at the phenomenon of waste of personnel and unstable production bottleneck caused by unreasonable personnel allocation in the garment assembly line, a model of the matching degree between personnel and. production post in the garment assembly line is proposed. An expert questionnaire was used to evaluate the importance of 27 factors affecting the matching of the personnel and post in the garment assembly line. The set value iteration method was used to determine the weight of each influencing factor, and 12 effective evaluation indicators for personnel and post were screened out. The evaluation scale was used to quantify the evaluation index. The score value of the index was got. The comprehensive quality level and the matching degree of the personnel and post was calculated. Matching objective function and adaptive genetic algorithm were combined to build a personnel-post matching model. The model was applied in the optimization of the male jacket assembly line, the matching plan for 20 positions and 23 personnel in the assembly line was reorganized. The utilization rate of human resources has increased from 81.77% to 88. 46%. The production efficiency has increased from 219 pieces/day to 239 pieces/day.
