- Abstract
The article offers information on issues related to selective incorporation of constitutional rights in standing of corporations under various provisions of the U.S. Bill of Rights. It informs that the U.S. Supreme Court have adopted selective approach in standings after consideration of rulings of the U.S. Supreme Court in cases including Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission and Burwell v. Hobby Lobby Stores Inc. It also discusses Due Process Clause liberty rights of corporations.
