- Abstract
In this article, the author discusses the antiretaliation provision of the Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1967 in the U.S. which states that it is unlawful for an employer to discriminate an employee when the latter opposes an unlawful practice under. She notes that the employee has the chance to file a discrimination claim in response to hostile work environment and other harassment cases. She cites that court will offer protection under the anti-retaliation provision when allowed.
