- Abstract
The article explores the future of dispute system design (DSD). It says that the Millennial Generation's expectation to business anticipates an honest and fact-based thinking to the decision-making and behavioral norms of dispute resolution (DR) system. It further states that the DR systems will adapt and offer extended entry points and processes to meet the needs of each employee. It suggests that the DR systems must stress on efficient resolution and prevention of disputes in the future.
