- Abstract
A literary criticism of the play "Henry V," by William Shakespeare is presented. It examines the inextricability of childhood from whiteness, the white racial assemblaging highlighted by the play, racial performance and surrogation as concepts that lay the groundwork for reading the play, and the privilege of the boy in the play.
