- Abstract
The article discusses a real-time (RT) implementation of the self-calibrating Generalized Autocalibrating Partially Parallel Acquisitions (GRAPPA) operator gridding (SC-GROG) algorithm for radial magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data acquisitions. The SC-GROG algorithm utilizes coil sensitivity profiles for k-space shifting weight calculation. The weight-set calculation and image reconstruction steps of SC-GROG are decoupled into two different processes. Implementation cost may be reduced, if performed on a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU).
