- Abstract
The feasibility analysis of hydroheat fertilizer production based on the actual collected kitchen waste was conducted, and the content of organic matter, total nutrient, humus,pH,electrical conductivity, heavy metal and fecal coliform bacteria were evaluated at 130,145,160,175,190 ℃,respectively. The results show that the highest content of organic matter in kitchen waste is 89. 75%, maintained above 73.55%,nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium content above 6.4% ; the increased temperature is conducive to the formation of humus, the content is 344 g/kg at 190℃,83%,the humization rate is first in- creased and then decreased, maximum 0.4 at 175 °C. After testing, the pH was decreased slowly with the increase of temperature and the conductivity was just the opposite, and the content of heavy metals and fecal coliform bacteria met the requirements of the relevant fertilizer standards
