- Abstract
The article offers information on the Argentine hake (merluccius hubbsi) which is one of the endangered fish in the world. An overview of the identification, reproduction, habitat, ecology of the fish are offered in which population density is threatened by bottom trawler activity under juveniles. It cites the recommended actions to conserve the fish including the fishing limitation, fisheries production establishment, and juvenile catches prohibition.
