- Abstract
Current search targeted to recognize the reality of the administrators first grade from the point of view of training courses. Consisted study population consisted of administrators first grade, representing the general directorates of education in the provinces of Iraq except Kurdistan region who took part in the first qualifying session set up by the Directorate General of teachers and training and educational development during the year (2016) m, totaling (71) supervisors, were selected the research sample randomly and by (74%), as the number of the respondents (52) supervisors, for the purposes of the study were adopted Murtaza scale and others (2014), and extracted virtual honesty submitting it to a group of experts in educational and psychological Sciences, and the stability it has by a way that re-testing, and check out my goal Find use researcher Pearson correlation coefficient, the equation Alpha Cronbach, and equation Fisher, has reached the following results: came fields in the order, Technical briefing courses relative importance (85.27), followed by the field of the importance of the importance of training courses relative (75.13), followed by the field of obstacles courses relative importance (50.33).
