- Abstract
The article focuses on the legal aspect of obscenity from an anthropological point of view. It is stated that there are no absolutes with respect to descriptive content of the obscene representation or word or act from anthropological aspect. Human beings perform many acts with indifference such as drinking milk, blowing the nose or eating a beefsteak, which various people view as obscene. However, there are no set norms or standards that can describe what is obscene as it varies from person to person.
