- Abstract
Mawlana is a mystic Sufi and Islamic scholar who left major marks in the history of Islamic culture and impressed with his ideas and mystical posture both the period of his life and all the periods to the present day. Rather than a theologian, he is a master throwing some light to all mankind in the process of being insan-ı kamil (excellent human), along with Muslims. However, he preferred the interpretation of Ahl al-Sunnah, constituted Sufi philosophy and thoughts in this theological line, analyzed the issues related to the creed with a Sunni interpretation in his works. To believe casualty and predestination seen as one of six basis of Islamic belief in the tradition of Islamic faith and the problem of human will in the context of this belief are among the topics covered in his writings. In this study, it will be deal with that how he understands human will and what he thinks about casualty and predestination.
